Learn to make mouth-watering sushi using fresh sustainable seafood with some of America’s finest sushi chefs. We hold monthly sushi classes in San Francisco, San Jose/Santa Clara, San Carlos/Palo Alto that people come to time and time again.
Our 2.5 hour public class comes with Free 78-page digital recipe book. You will make at least five rolls. So make sure to bring to-go containers, because it's almost impossible to eat all the sushi you make in the class.

The FOOD is to die for. The fish is so fresh and tasty. We made CA rolls, fish balls, seaweed salad, and hand rolls. The food is so plentiful that we stuffed ourselves and had some to take home.
