Yo! Sushi introduces "Rice Burger"

Yo! sushi has introduced what they call "Sushi Burger." The bun is made of rice and they come with a choice of prawn, chicken, salmon and tofu. We wanted to mention the fact that despite what the article says, it is not Sushi Burger. It's "Rice Burger." Rice Burger has been served at a Japanese Hamburger Chain, "Moss Burger" since its introduction in 1987. Back then, even the announcement was shocking to rice-eating Japanse. Since then, only the Taiwanese division of McDonalds imitated their Rice Burger, and it remains exclusive at Mos Burger... well until now. (continue reading)
