One day, I received an email from Sally James, a host of a talk radio show, "Slow Living Radio" asking me for a raido interview, which I accepted gladly. During the show, I talked about how Graham Kerr in "Galloping Gourmet" had a significant impact on how I conduct my sushi classes. Sally then connected me to Graham Kerr via email, which made my miracle encounter with Mr. Kerr possible. Thank you, Sally! #Interviews #Photos

We hosted a team building sushi class for Roche at beautiful Flavor on the Coast restaurant in Half Moon Bay. Most of our guests were first time sushi rollers and to our great surprise (?), their rolls came out exceptionally looking great. (later we were informed that many of them were doctors.physicians, so they paid attention to details.) Well done everyone! #SushiClasses #TeamBuilding #Photos
